I’m Deepak Mangapuram, a product designer with an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from Indiana University.
I’ve designed for SaaS platforms, nonprofit tools, and AI-based services most recently reimagining field service workflows and volunteer management systems used by thousands.
With a background in multimedia design and a strong research foundation, I focus on crafting thoughtful, intuitive experiences that drive both business value and user trust.

When the pandemic hit, like so many others, I found myself searching for something new to learn, something meaningful. That’s when I discovered UX design. At first, I wasn’t sure what it was all about, but the more I explored, the more it clicked. I started taking online courses and earning certifications, and with every step, I fell more in love with the idea of designing experiences that truly make people’s lives easier and more enjoyable.
